Returns

Changed your mind? 

 If you change your mind about an item, please return the item in full working order and with the box in perfect condition, together with your returns slip within 14 days of receipt and we will process the refund/exchange.

 Damaged item? 

 Call us first! If your item is faulty, damaged or not as expected, write to  Jim@wildwood-gifts.co.uk or call us on +447912321926 and state your order number, the product which is at fault, and the issue.
